Question for Required Documentation for Option 1 of this credit

I would like to know if USGBC requires the specific species name for plants for this credit, as stated in the reference guide "site plan indicating the project boundary, building footprint, site area, areas vegetated with native and adapted vegetation, and plant list" (pg 72). Does the plant list have to specific or can it be broad? Any examples would help. Thanks,

I recommend providing a list of the scientific names for the specific plant species that are contributing to credit compliance. The reviewers will need to confirm that the plants onsite meet the definition of native/adapted.
