LEED's definition of a regularly occupied space is one where individuals normally spend more that one hour per person per day on average. Regarding a hotel with a small fitness room, the typical person is not expected to spend more than an hour per day, and thus would not be considered regularly occupied. Will this logic be accepted by the USGBC/GBCI reviewer? Thanks
