Volume boundary in CFD calculations

Hi, to perform CFD model for IEQc5-LEED Healthcare. What is the size of the model boundary in exterior CFD calculations? That is to say, What area (m2) around the hospital we have to model?. Thanks

The purpose of the CFD model is to establish air contaminant concentrations at air intakes. The reference guide does not give a size of the model boundary. Use professional judgment to accurately model the meteorological conditions to predict concentrations at the outdoor air intakes.
