Just a heads up to project teams: I was completing the Hazard Assessment inputs for our project using the pc Workbook and noticed that a line item for the Drought category needs to added to the list of Hazards. Minor item.
This note just applies to the Prerequisite/Hazard Assessments Workbook tab. The Climate Resilience tab for Option 1 includes Drought.

Hi Valerie,
Do you have the Prerequisite/Hazard Assessments Workbook? I can't find this anywhere. If you could email it to me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello Theresa,
USGBC has taken the Resilience pilot credits offline. Did you register for one of the pilot credits prior to them being unavailable? If so, USGBC was honoring those registrations and would make the Workbook available to you.
The good news is that the pilot credits have been updated and may be available again sometime this year.
You can email me directly with your specific situation if necessary. Valerie@WalshSustainable.com

Hi Valerie,
Those credits are now back on USGBC's website. Prerequisite - Hazards Assessment workbook is located here. https://www.usgbc.org/credits/assessmentresilience?view=resources
Also, can anyone clarify if man made events need to be included in the Hazards Assessment?

Hi: Manmade events do not need to be included in the pilot credit Hazards Assessment but are identified as things that could be considered if you/the client choose to.
thanks.
