Tenants

Does anyone know if all the tenants need to be included in this credit? We are working on a 70-tenants office building and I guess it will be difficult to coordinate with all of them. Is the USGBC working on a guide for EBOM buildings with tenants? It would be very appreciated.

Hi Gustavo, The tenant spaces need to be included although you can always apply up to a 10% exemption of the total floor area for tenants that are unwilling to participate. I don't know if USGBC is planning that type of guide but agree that it would be useful.
