I believe there is an error in the Minimum Energy Performance Calculator v2009, dated April 18 2016. On the lighting tab, using the Space by Space method, when you take adjustments for automatic lighting controls and try to add rows, the proposed control factor adjustment calculation does not copy properly. The 15% adjustment is no longer able to be selected from the pull down menu. To remedy this, we are manually reducing the Design LPD by 15% for lighting that is controlled by occ sensors or daylighting. We will explain the correction in the Additional Notes and upload a table to mimic what the spreadsheet should actually look like if it functioned properly. Is this an acceptable approach until an updated calculator is available?
