NC-2009 IEQc3.1:Construction IAQ Management Plan—During Construction

IAQ management plan-during construction or before occupancy

I am wondering if you can obtain the credit for Construction IAQ management plan DURING CONSTRUCTION along with BEFORE OCCUPANCY or if it is just one credit or the other. Any help would be greatly appreciated
