Object - LEED v 4 Core & Shell. Sweden. Our goal is Platinum and we find the material credits very challenging. Is there any way to demonstrate impact reduction below industry average? We are very uncertain about the industry average definition.

I don't know for certain, but I suspect it's going to be very difficult to demonstrate this in the near future. There are very few products that have both an industry-wide EPD and product-specific ones—almost certainly not enough to compare for a high percentage of cost, especially since no more than 30% can come from structure & envelope.
