Follow up question to Miles's question about the shower facilities in an adjacent building: I have a similar building that is being built part of a school campus, in which the building adjacent that has the showers is the same owner but is not LEED certified. Does this still meet the shower requirements assuming the number of showers available match occupancy requirements and they are within the 200 yards? Additionally, assuming that occupants would have full access to the showers at all times that the building being certified would be open. Thanks!
