NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance
G3.1.2.5 states: Ventilation. Minimum outdoor air ventilation rates shall be the same for the proposed and baseline building designs. Exception: When modeling demand-control ventilation in the proposed design when its use is not required by Section 6.4.3.8. What are flow rates shall be modeled in the baseline model? The minimum according to ASHRAE 62.1 or the maximum level for the design model?
