Baseline for Cold Storage project

Hi all experts, My project in Vietnam with major function is Cold Storage, with operational temperature would be -25 degree. Currently, we concern for BASELINE OF ENERGY MODEL. We found one document "Energy Modeling Guideline for Cold Storage and Refrigerated Warehouse Facilities - The International Association for Cold Storage Construction (IACSC)" and might be used for energy modelling - baseline My question is: Does anyone know other BASELINE which can be used for Cold Storage of project in China? or Thailand? As I know China had one standard for Cold Storage project? Thanks so much for your support.

See this LEED Interpretation for v4 projects - http://www.usgbc.org/content/10424 You should be able to use this guidance for LEED 2009 as well.

Thanks Marcus for the advice. We concerned for ASHRAE 90.1-2010 appliance. It's more difficult. Do you know design standard for Cold storage of any country in Asia area? Thanks.
