Can rainwater harvesting be used to reduce the indoor water consumption percentage?
We intend on using the collected rainwater for toilet flushing but dont know how to integrate it into the credit compliance documentation.

Hi Francis. I think that the Reference Guide is clear about that. "Applying nonpotable water is no longer allowed as an alternative compliance path in the prerequisite. Alternative water sources can, however, earn points in the corresponding credit." (p.280 - changes from LEED 2009).
