Our site is a renovation of a big confectionary factory. Our client is willing to provide individual lighting controls and lighting systems controls wherever needed, except for one space which is packaging line of the factory. The reason for that are the internal safety measures that prohibit suspension of the individual lighting above the production line workstations.
How do you think is there opportunity that this credit will be approved if we provide narrative explaning the problem above? or do we have to exclude this credit from the consideration? Thank you all in advance.

Seems like the Lighting Control strategy for the packaging line would be to meet Group NEEDS and Preferences. By providing 2-3 lighting levels, a manager could control to assure lighting levels always meet safety requirements. Highest level may be reserved for maintenance of the line. Lowest level only used when production line is stopped for a break or at end of shift.
