Hi There, We're working on a high rise condo in Manhattan that is providing very limited parking (18 spaces for 330 residents). We've been tossing around the idea of providing a ZipCar but in reviewing this credit more thoroughly, the reference guide doesn't list car-share services as an option any longer. In my mind providing an actual car to carpool with is much better than just providing a space. Within the "Related Credit Tips" section, the reference guide states that you can aggregate the preferred parking for carpool and green vehicles, as long as the total supply meets the thresholds for each credit. If we provided an LE/FE ZipCar, do you think this would work as an alternative compliance pathway? Thanks much!
