Hi, I am working on a store where the sale area is composed of ligthing for furniture and ambiant lighting in ceiling. Only a part of the ambiant lighting in ceiling is controlled depending on daylight illumination and represents 40% of the power installed (17.5% if we consider ambiant lighting and for furniture). LEED for retail: "In sales areas, provide controls that can reduce the ambient light levels to a midlevel (30% to 70% of the maximum illumination level not including daylight contributions)." Question: Should I take the entire lighting power for the calculation or can I exclude lighting furniture?
