NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Ashrae 90.1 2010 Appendix G

Do we need to follow addendums of ASHRAE 90.1 2010 in relation to Appendix G for compliance? For instance, addendum F restricts window to wall ratio to 34% for hotel/motel with rooms greater than 75.
