v2009 Project to comply using Building Automation System?

Hello, I do not see any feedback on the use of incorporating a building automation system where building users can inform the building engineer to change light levels or temperature by calling or messaging them. I saw feedback from v2.2 so I wanted to start this conversation again. Thanks

Hi Sara, I would be curious what others on the forum have seen, but personally, I haven't seen a consistent approval from LEED reviewers around using BAS to achieve the credit. I think it's tricky because it depends a bit on personalities. Is the building engineer easy to reach? Does she ignore my requests when I reach out to her or make the changes immediately? What is the exact process and if I am a new employee how do I know how it works? These are just some of the questions I feel like I would have as a LEED reviewer.
