Hi All, I'm working on a core and shell project. A green roof will be installed, with all green roof related credits being targeted, however, the green roof itself will not be installed for 6 months after the core and shell project is completed. Can my project still achieve certification if there is a legal binding documents to ensure that the green roof will be installed 6months after completion?

Hi Francis, This seems reasonable given that you have a legally binding document to demonstrate it will be installed in a timely manner. I would upload that document along with a brief narrative explaining the situation for the reviewers.
