Bicycle Rack Distance

Hello, I'm working on a CS Project larger than 300,000 square feet. It is a mix-used project, with offices, catering, conference rooms, cinema centers and many more. I notice in the LEED Reference Guide, for the 'CS CASE 2. Commercial or Institutional Projects Larger Than 300,000 Square Feet' section there is not a statement about bicycle racks distance being 200 yards of a building entrance. Does this mean there is no distance requirement for the bicycle rack for the CS projects larger than 300,000 square feet? Thanks,
