NC-2009 SSc5.2:Site Development—Maximize Open Space
We have a residential project. My question about with building footprint. First floor have corbelled balcony. So, ground floor footprint excluded, balcony. Area below corbelled balcony is landscape and pedestrian areas and the area have light fittings. But first floor included the balcony and balcony is continiued well into roof. Will we included this area in building footprint or hardscape area? Thanks.
