CS-2009 EAc5.1:Measurement and Verification—Base Building

100% Tenant

We are working in a project that will have a single tenant occupying the whole building. He will be responsible to pay the 100% of energy bills of the building. I assume we can comply with EAc5.2 if we elaborate a tenant M&V plan but we cannot comply with EAc5.1 option 1 or 2, that's right? Can we still comply with option 3 sharing energy bills of the whole building with USGBC?

You certainly could earn EAc5.1. In fact it is far easier to do so with a single tenant than with multiple tenants. You can also more easily comply with Option 3 as well.
