Basic credit languages says "LEED AP with a specialty appropriate to the project," which would logically be LEED AP-Homes. But on page 487 in the v4 Homes Reference Guide it refers to LEED AP BD+C. It also states no changes from Homes 2008, which only listed LEED AP-Homes as qualifying for credit
Is this a typo, or are both LEED AP Homes and LEED AP BD+C acceptable for this credit?

I suspect the reference to LEED AP BD+C is a typo. I'll see if I can get USGBC to confirm.

Per Asa Foss at USGBC, it's LEED AP Homes only. At one point USGBC was considering changing that, but then thought better of it. The typo is a holdover from that period of indecision.
