Calculator Password

Hi Caroline, Are you referring to this document? http://www.usgbc.org/resources/2009-water-use-reduction-calculator I was able to download and open (no password required, but you will need to 'Enable Macros' to utilize).

I thought I was having the same password issue, where I tried to input something in a cell and I would get a pop-up error telling me I needed to unprotect the worksheet, which in turn asked for a password. I finally figured out that I was trying to change a calculation cell, and that when I limited myself to input in the "grey" cells, the worksheet worked fine with no password prompts. This is contrary to common practice in Excel, where input cells are typically left white and non-accessible cells have a grey background.
