Hi James, Default Fixture Uses are outlined within WEp1 Table 2 of the BD+C Reference Guide (e.g. Male FTEs utilize urinals twice daily) and these values should be used in the calculations for this credit unless special circumstances warrant modifications. However, if your project does not contain urinals in every male (including unisex) restroom, then the default Total Daily Uses for water closets and urinals must be adjusted in the form accordingly. You will need to provide a narrative and supporting daily use calculations to explain the anticipated urinal usage based on your project parameters.
