Does anyone know a good step by step guide useful when working on the 90.1 PRM appendix G model ? To make sure all boxes are ticked !

A portion of our building envelope is historic. Can we exclude it from our model?
For an existing building, do I need to rotate the model?

The section 1.4 tables used to document LEED serve a dual purpose. They are intended to both provide guidance toward the accurate creation of the Baseline model and to summarize the modeling inputs for the reviewer. If you carefully follow the tables reading the notes and the pop up comments you should also accurately create the Baseline model.
