We have a LEED CS project where some ventilation systems are included in the tenant's scope of work, so I am working the owner to incorporate ASHRAE 62.1 compliance language into the lease agreement. Does anyone have an example of this that they would be willing to share with me?

The language for this can be really simplified to include that the future tenant will comply with the min. ventilation rates based on the reference standard; it wouldn't hurt to include TABLE 6-1 only for applicable spaces on your project. A clause that the EOR for the Tenant Finish out is responsible for the calculations to show compliance should also be included. Notes in CS drawings/floor plans stating "This area shall comply with the requirements of ASHRAE 62.1-2007. Please reference design guidelines or leasing agreement for more details" is also helpful.
