prescriptive efficiency requirements ABCPG section 2.9

Hi We are doing a LEED CI project in India. The scope of the project includes only AHU , ducting and HRW from the HVAC side. The chillers, cooling towers are not in the scope of the project and are in the scope of base builder. What documents should be submitted to demonstrate the section 1.4 requirements of Advance Building Core performance Guide.
