Footfall Vibration on HC

Hello. There's another doubt now about Footfall Vibration . It will be used a rubberized coating that reduces this effect and also has sound absorptive properties. This effect can be measured or calculated ? Or simulated ? Thank you.

I do not see where the FG Guidelines or SV Guidelines reference footfall isolation. It would be listed as an IIC rating (impact isolation class). All requirements I can find are given as an STC rating (sound transmission class) which includes airborne noise that would travel through the structure, not footfall impact noise. There are structural requirements in the FG Guidelines (table 1.2-5) that are provided but these do not pertain to impact noise isolation, only structural vibration/movements. An acoustical engineer should be able to provide you with estimated STC and IIC ratings if needed.
