HC near Airport

Hello. I'm working on the design of a hospital and there is a doubt in the table 1.3-1 of the Sound & Vibration Guidelines FGI. The hospital is located 2600ft from the runway threshold . What point of the track this distance is considered? The line that the plane makes when takes off or lands passes almost on top of the hospital's location, 300ft high. The frequency of these aircraft is considered in the project? I need to make field sound measurements to determine sound levels of day-night Ldn for 24 hours ? Or one week ? Thanks.

About the table 1.3-1 on the FGI S&V Design Guidelines for HC, if the airport is 2600ft close then the rest of the items doesn't need to be checked (can be excluded)? Measuring the level Ldn (day and night) is required even if they already have accepted the condition from the airport? Would be accepted only a specific study of sound monitoring (1 week) or a sound map in acoustic prediction software (CadnaA) to meet the noise levels in the different facades of the Hospital? According to the table 1.3-1, the HC is categorized as "C" and rates to STC 45 dB.

The slant distance from the aircraft flight track is "the shortest distance between the hospital and an aircraft overflight" (from the table footnotes), not the distance to the runway. So, as you described in your situation, it would be 300 feet. The table would categorize the noise levels as "D" and require an STC 50 composite rating for the shell. I believe this would be required to achieve the credit, even if the hospital has already accepted the noise condition. The Ldn measurement is a 1 day average. ANSI requires that the measurements be taken over a week-long period, so you would end up with 7 total Ldn measurements, one for each 24 hour period.
