V4 Demand Response

I have a couple of questions regarding this credit: 1) The credit states that to design a fully-automated Demand Response or tp utilize a semi-automated DR. Can the actual operation of the system also be manually done as well? 2) Does the action plan have to be included in the Cx final report?

1. You might be able to make the case if the local utility allows for a fully manual response. Remember you have to sign up for a DR program so it will be dictated by what they allow. 2. Seems like this should be tested to make sure it works. So yes.

Hello , Excuse me , I don't quite understand if semi automated DR is allowed by LEED or not , i mean would the project earn a point if the DR is only semi automated and not fully ?

Based on the credit language semi-automated would be allowed.
