data center equipment not listed in DOE Energy Star categories

Servers are listed on the Energy Star website, but not receivers. Is it safe to assume they are still not Energy Star eligible? Does anyone have an experience of GBCI interpreting these components as being 'servers'?

If they are not listed they are not eligible. You can usually get a pretty thorough description of the items covered by Energy Star by digging a little on the web site.
