Hi, Is it allowed to use treated graywater from lavatories and sinks for urinals and toilettes in Healthcare facilities?, Thank you

There is no explicit prohibition against the use of treated (disinfected) graywater for sewage conveyance in healthcare facilities. Some local authorities or internal infection control specialists might object - it is always a good idea to get prior approval from these entities.
