a one-family House can be LEED EBOM?

Hi, we have a house for one-family with the interest to be a LEED EBOM. is this possible? all the credits which require measurement, verification, or following can be responsible of the family owner?

LEED EB O&M was designed for commercial buildings. To date there is no equivalent in residential buildings under the LEED banner.
