Construction Application Phase

Good afternoon, I have a question regarding submitting documents for the Construction Application phase. This is the first project I have done and I am lost on where to start. The architect who is in charge of the project is the one who will be submitting to the USGBC for review along with his design build credits. I have all of my information but how do I submit to the architect? I have been using the forms on LEEDUser along with backup information... is this the best practice to use?

Typically you would complete the forms and upload any documents within LEED Online. You then tell the architect that your documentation is complete. If they are doing a proper job of due diligence they would review the documentation you submitted and provide you with comments. If not you would be left on your own.
