Brownfield site

Howdy! Can this credit be achieved if the project is on a former brownfield site - meaning that it was identified and already remediated by the previous owner? Many thanks!

Hi Karen, I'm not positive, but I doubt you'd get the credit since part of the credit language is to actually perform the remediation to the satisfaction of the appropriate authority. I don't think locating at an already remediated site would meet the intent.
