Hi Alex, While you can't earn an ID credit in v2009 just for locating within a certified LEED for Neighborhood Development project, there are a few opportunities to earn the ID credit under v2009 if you pursue LEED ND specific credits (which may have already occurred on the project site in parallel with the LEED ND certification).
