Our 5 acre site has no greenfield area- we are demolishing the entire site and will restore with some green space/vegetation after construction. The requirement for this credit states we must preserve 40%...if such areas exist.... Such an area does not exist on the site presently. Are we ineligible for this credit point? The submittal form is not clear.

Hi Natalie, you're still eligible for the credit if there's no existing greenfield area onsite. You can pursue Option 1 or Option 2, and do not need to worry about the 40% greenfield protection requirement.
