Dear all, I have a client asking me for a consultancy proposal for LEED NC certification for a new office building, 4 story, GFA 1,500 m2. They would like LEED Gold. The construction phase will last 8 months. How long should I propose to achieve LEED certification (how many months for design + construction)? Should I split Design and Construction or separate them? I look forward to hearing from you asap. Thanks!
