We just wanted to share a little of our experience with this credit. We were not originally intending to pursue any pilot credits for this project, but realized that we were located in a LEED for Neighborhood Development and were not really receiving any credit for choosing our location. This is different in LEEDv4, but we are pursuing LEEDv2009 for this project. We are really excited about being in a LEED for Neighborhood Development and found that this pilot credit went hand in hand. So, we just wanted to share, as a heads up, if you are located in a LEED for Neighborhood Development and pursuing LEEDv2009 - this pilot credit is a great option for you!
