Hi! Our project is a renovation project on a site with old concrete stones. Is it ok to document count with the SRI for new concrete? How shall it be documentet?

Per the LEED v2009 Building Design and Construction Reference Guide, page 112, Table 1, an SRI value of 19 should be assigned to weathered gray concrete (emissivity 0.9, reflectance 0.20).
