Has anyone ever used the Tenant agreement credit/Core And Shell as a BD&C ID credit -Do you have a good template for sample agreements that have worked in the past.

where is the Tenant design and construction guideline information

I don't think it's possible to use as an ID credit because if the space is all built out, you wouldn't need to have guidelines for a LEED-NC project. And if there is unfinished space in your NC project, you're required anyway to provide guidelines on how future tenants should build out the space.

Hi, was there ever an updated template of the Tenants Design & Construction Guidelines for V4 issued? If not, perhaps a member may have created their own template which they would like to share??
