NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
our project has a district heating with a flat rate of 0.012$/kw
and we calculated the virtual rate to be 0.08$/kw
can we use the virtual rate or do we have to use the rate provided by the service because its flat

I am not sure how you can have a flat rate that is different from the virtual rate. If all you enter in the modeling software is the flat rate, the virtual rate should be the same.
In the DESv2 you only use the rate calculations if the rate is not flat.
