RECs for Europe

Could you advise of a list of REC vendors who could provide offsite renewable energy for a project located in Europe (Greece)? In other words, are there vendors whose RECs would not contribute to the credit requirements depending on the location of the project?

As long as the vendor can provide RECs meeting the credit requirements, you can work with any vendor internationally or local. The country of origin for the renewable energy does not impact compliance with the credit.
