Is all solid wood considered inherently non-emitting? I’ve seen sources that say only solid wood flooring counts as inherently non-emitting.

Our building is atypical, and the walls and ceilings are not clearly defined. How should we classify these components?

Hello, Is nonoccupied spaces are affected by this credit ? Definition of non occupied spaces : spaces designed for equipment and machinery or storage with no human occupancy except for maintenance and repairs, and equipment retrieval. It is within the waterproofing menbrane. Thank

Yes. All materials and spaces within the waterproofing membrane apply. The rationale is that emissions from those materials can move into occupied spaces. The objective is to prevent emissions in the overall indoor environment.
