Where do I draw the radius from?

Is one building or residential area enough to satisfy the residential density requirement?

My project has access to services that seem to be basic, but are not listed in the LEED Reference Guide—like insurance company, nail salon, auto repair shop. Will these count?

Has anyone used a retirement community (condos) to meet the 10 units/acre requirement? It's not a nursing home and there are no age requirements to buy a condo. I haven't (yet) looked into the age requirements to reside there... Thank you!

I don't see why it would not count toward your residential density requirements.
