Missing: Design/Construction designation & "ready for review"

Our project was changed over to LOL v4 but there are no designations for Design vs Construction credits. Also, credits that we'd previously documented and marked "Ready for Review" have that pull down available, but the ones that remain to be documented only have "Attempted" and "Withdraw" which makes tracking a challenge, but also how do we let the GBCI reviewer know which credits are in fact Ready for Review? Do we "withdraw" those credits for the purpose of a Design Application in a split review? Couldn't find any help docs on this...
