Bicycle & Changing rooms in basement , 200 yards

Our project consists of three buildings connected through the basement and is registered under campus development. We are providing bicycle racks and shower changing rooms in the basement. As per LEED shower changing rooms are to be provided within 200 yards of a building entrance. Does building entrance mean the main entrance or basement entrance through lift lobby can also be considered. The cyclists will enter the basement through the ramp and the bicycle spaces are located next to the ramp entrance. Also, as per FTE count 12 showers are required, of which we are providing 7 showers for males and 5 for females. What is the document proof required in cases we donot follow the 50-50 gender ratio as considered in the water calculations for LEED.
