Does GBCI recognize dual-flush valves (1.1/1.6 gpf) for water use reduction? If so, how do we document this on the template?

Hi Laura, Yes, GBCI recognizes dual flush valves for water use reduction. On the credit template, under flow fixtures, there is a drop down selection for dual flush valves. For the flush rate, you will need to use the equivalent flush value depending on usage. The Water Use Reduction Additonal Guidance document (link above under Birds Eye View / Key Guidance from USGBC) provides information detailing how to calculate the equivalent flush value.
