International Project Epa CGP

Hi Y'all, we re working on a project in Turkey and creating an ESC and a SWPPP plan. but as an international project do we have to apply for CGP submitting a NOI and everything or do we only need to apply the restirictions of EPA in our project Thanks!'

No, you're not actually applying for a permit because you are outside of the regulatory authority of the United States. However, design your E&S as if you were applying for the permit. Clear as mud?
