Any idea if existing salvaged/reused furniture greater than 1-year old can be excluded from the calculations? My opinion would be yes similar to how these items are excluded in CIv2009 IEQc4.5. However, this will mean that our Division 12 Total for this particular Pilot Credit is different from the Division 12 Total used for the other MR credits...
Thoughts?

Hi Kristina,
I think exclusion makes sense for the rationale you note. I imagine it would also help justify exclusion if either attributes/exact details of the salvaged furniture are unknown (aka- exact manf/style/manf dates unknown) and/or if the original age of the furniture pre-dates the existence of the Level program.
